Marta Nunvarova, the founder of Gallantax, is an independent consultant and Interim finance manager with particular expertise and focus on organizational processes, administration change management and restructuring.
With over 20 years of experience, Marta has lived and worked in the Czech Republic and internationally. Nearly 1/3 of her career she spent in the United States, Denmark, Mexico, Croatia, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary. She served as executive CFO in both multinational companies and medium-sized businesses.
Her experience has afforded her the knowledge and understanding of business operations in varying industries, including: Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics, Trade/Wholesale/Retail, Development & Real Estate and Pharmaceuticals.

My colleagues and I can draw on a deep knowledge of companies working internationally, group reporting, planning and developing controlling instruments, financial due diligence and improving the quality of accounting and financial processes in business operations, post-acquisition integrations and corporate restructurings.
